CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. The accommodation provider agrees not to charge cancellation fees in case of cancellation up to 15 days before the announced arrival.
2. Cancellations made 14 – 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 30% of the total price of the stay as a cancellation fee .
3. If cancelled 6 – 3 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged as cancellation fee .
4. Cancellations made 2 and 1 day prior to arrival or on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total price of the stay as cancellation fee .
5. If the length of stay is shortened, the same cancellation periods apply as for cancellations.
6. Cancellation fee is a contractual penalty.
